These terms outline your rights and responsibilities when using 0.mk. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

0.mk is operated by NoCode, Inc., 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958.

1. The service

0.mk provides:

  • URL shortening with custom aliases
  • Click analytics (country, referrer, device)
  • Link management (tags, bulk operations, expiration)
  • Custom domain support
  • Team workspaces with role-based access
  • RESTful API with bearer token authentication
  • Smart actions (email, QR code generation)

We strive for high availability but may need to perform maintenance. Planned downtime will be announced in advance.

2. Accounts

  • You must be 16 or older to create an account
  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Keep your authentication credentials and API keys secure
  • Notify us immediately of suspected unauthorized access
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

3. Acceptable use

Use 0.mk to shorten and manage URLs for legitimate purposes.

You may not:

  • Shorten URLs that distribute malware, phishing, or illegal content
  • Use the service for spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse protections
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload our systems
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent link destinations
  • Use shortened links to redirect to deceptive content
  • Resell or redistribute the service without permission

We may disable links that violate these terms. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

4. Your data

  • You retain ownership of the URLs and content you shorten
  • You grant us permission to process URLs to provide redirects and analytics
  • You can export your links as CSV at any time
  • You can delete your account and all associated data

5. Intellectual property

Your rights:

  • You own your links, data, and analytics
  • You can export your data at any time

Our rights:

  • We own the 0.mk platform, technology, and branding
  • We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the service

6. Abuse reports

Anyone can report a link they believe violates our terms. We review all reports and may disable links pending investigation. Link creators are notified of actions taken.

7. API usage

  • API access requires a bearer token generated in your dashboard
  • Rate limits apply to all API endpoints (documented at /docs)
  • API keys can be revoked at any time from your settings
  • Automated usage must respect rate limits and not degrade service for others

8. Billing

0.mk is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will provide at least 30 days notice. Existing functionality at the time of any pricing change will remain available under a free tier.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of analytics, or that shortened links will remain accessible permanently. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

NoCode, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100 if the service is free).

11. Termination

By you: delete your account at any time from Settings. Download your data first.

By us: we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when possible.

After termination: data is deleted within 30 days.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced 30 days in advance via email. Continued use means acceptance.
